2017's event was hosted at a new venue on the campus of Abilene Christian University in the Hunter Welcome Center.  Guests were treated to a great lunch, the presentation of the 2017 A.C. Greene Award, and remarks from featured festival authors. Guests also had the chance to peruse and purchase copies of the authors' works before and after the event. It was an amazing way to spend lunch at the festival this year.
